Ed has worked extensively in various aspects of private security. He is trained in crisis response and is a nationally certified active shooter response trainer. Having worked closely with law enforcement, Edward immediately recognized that the Vector Shield fills the need for a de-escalation tool that minimizes officer vulnerability while also adding an additional less lethal layer in the threat assessment process. Based in the Carolinas, Edward is committed to the goal of Vector Shields becoming standard equipment for law enforcement nationwide.
