Welton is a retired firefighter of 27 years, a veteran of the United States Air Force, worked for UPS in the freight division as well for Habitat for Humanity. He comes from a Military family, who’s father, grandfather, and four uncles served in WWll. Welton’s entire life has been in service of God, family, country and community. Following in his brother’s footsteps as a Firefighter, his passion in life is watching his four sons grow into great young men. Being with Vector gives him a chance to keep helping our fellow humans by making a difference through de-escalation.
